It’s no secret that she loves media attention, but Heidi Montag’s friends fear she’s actually addicted to being famous.

And in light of her recent plastic surgery overkill, it seems the “Hills” babe will do anything to get the attention she craves.

A concerned gal pal told press, “Heidi craves the spotlight. Her drive is more about stardom than money or anything else.”

And her next ploy for publicity looks to be getting pregnant. “Heidi wants to have a baby. She also knows it will probably generate a lot of attention. It seems like she’ll do anything to stay relevant.”
