The Italian model, dressed for the chilly weather, looked beautiful as she and a gal pal made their way from store to store.

In other news, Elisabetta’s boyfriend, George Clooney, is denying that he is selling his villa on Lake Como in exchange for a new home on the lake’s Loreto Island after some tabloids made that claim.
