Lorenzo Lamas proposed to his girlfriend Shawna Craig on Sunday, daughter Shayne Lamas confirms to UsMagazine.com. "My father is engaged and is over the moon in love!" Shayne tells Us.

A source says Lamas, 52, and Craig, 23, have been dating for about three months, and that he popped the question over dinner at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills.

The Leave It to the Lamas dad has been married four times before -- most recently to Shauna Sand, whom he divorced in 2002. He has six children. Bachelor winner Shayne, 24, is his second eldest.

Adds Shayne to Us: "As long as my family is happy, healthy and getting along they will always have my blessing. Congrats Dad!"

Fighting the nasty Los Angeles traffic, Jennifer Aniston was spotted driving through Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon (February 22).

The “Rumor Has It” actress looked lovely as she sat behind the wheel of her stunning silver Bentley luxury car while paparazzi snapped pics from the side of the road.

As for her recent holiday in Mexico with “The Bounty Hunter” costar Gerard Butler, a source says Jen was doing it for publicity.

“Jennifer wants to look good and get people talking about her in a positive way. She knew that bringing Gerard to Mexico was exactly the way to do it. She wants to be seen as sexy and flirty, not a sad woman still mourning the end of her marriage.”

Continuing along with her tour duties, Lady GaGa hit the stage during her Monster Ball tour on Monday night (February 22).

Always entertaining, the “Poker Face” singer dished out the hits at the Odyssey Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

In related news, GaGa recently confessed that she’s ready to settle down-and have babies!

She explained that she cannot wait to be married and have children, telling, “I want to have a husband who loves and supports me, just the way anyone else does. I am a very sentimental person and family is important to me.”

The blonde beauty, who has had an amazing year, has been romantically linked to her stylist Matthew Williams. “Matthew and Gaga have been dating for months,” a source said. “They were together on and off for more than a year, but called it off when mixing work and love became too difficult.”

After the two ended their relationship, GaGa was linked with business man Speedy, and Matthew began a new relationship and became a father, but the couple may have come together again.

But although GaGa is ready to begin a new life, she still loves her current one. “I live out of a suitcase, but I love what I do — I’ve worked my whole life to live like this,” she said.

Robert Pattinson has admitted for the first time that he and his Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart are an item. The actor kept fans guessing when he arrived at the BAFTAs separately to Kristen on Sunday night and did not sit with her, but once the couple reached the after-party they were said to be "all over each other". Jennifer Lopez No Longer an Epic Talent

The question mark that punctuates Love? just got more pronounced.

Not long after literally flopping at the American Music Awards, Jennifer Lopez has parted ways with her longtime label, Sony's Epic Records.

"Jennifer had a wonderful relationship with the Sony Music Group, and they have shared many successes together, but the time was right to make a change that best serves the direction of her career as an actress and recording artist, she is grateful and appreciative to everyone at Sony for all that they accomplished together," Lopez's manager, Benny Medina, said in a statement Monday.

But this also means that Lopez's upcoming seventh studio album is now homeless, so we must ask, What about Love?

The album was due out in April but, according to Deadline Hollywood, which first reported the Epic-Lopez split, Love? isn't finished yet and might never be completed.

Of course, one theory is that Sony dropped Lopez because the creative well had run dry, but the official word remains that her contract had simply expired and the parties amicably opted not to renew.

We expect she'll be back on her Louboutins in no time, however. J.Lo's camp is already said to be negotiating a deal with another label, and the songstress will pull double duty on Saturday Night Live this weekend as both host and musical guest.

Michael Jackson Estate - Claim for $300 Mil

The company that sued Michael Jackson for allegedly torpedoing a family concert has just filed a $300,000,000 creditor's claim against MJ's estate.

AllGood Entertainment claims it had a deal with Jackson to put on a Jackson family concert and alleges the deal was broken when Jackson committed to the London series of concerts. In the $300,000,000 federal lawsuit filed in October 2009, AllGood was asking for profits from "This Is It" along with revenues from the Sony catalog.

AllGood claims Michael Jackson and his agent, Frank Dileo, "secretly teamed up with AEG [Live] to produce a concert or series of concerts in London."

AllGood Entertainment filed the claim Friday.

Hilary Duff's NHL-playing fiancé, Mike Comrie, knows how to give good ice.

A source close to the Edmonton Oilers center, 29, tells us that the engagement ring he gave the former Disney star, 22, cost—gulp—$1 million...

The source tells us that Comrie bought the14-karat princess-cut sparkler in Las Vegas.

After two years of dating, Comrie popped the question while he and Duff were on a recent vacation in Hawaii.

A wedding isn't the only thing these two have in the works. Our source also tells us the pair are close to buying a $10 million home in Beverly Hills. (While he probably takes home a nice paycheck from the Oilers, Comrie also happens to be an heir to Canadian home furnishings retail empire, The Brick.)

A rep for Duff declined to comment.

Comrie has proven himself to be a generous beau. Just a few months after they became a couple in 2007, he reportedly bought his ladylove a $100,000 Mercedes.
